Due to the perishable nature of some products, please contact our support team immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment.
Return Process

Email our customer support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure the Packaging
Place the unopened item in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
